Przegladam dzis francuska prase a tam...info o nowym produkcie Avene na zmarchy :Eluage (krem 24,90 ojro, opakowanie 30 ml w pompce a zel-koncentrat 26,40 za tubke 15 ml).
Ciekawe, czy to to samo co Ystheal, jeno w nowym ubranku z dodatkiem kwasu hialuronowego, ktory ma dodatkowo nawilzac i wzmacniac dzialanie retinaldehydu? Czy firma bedzie chciala zastapic tym preparatem Ystheal?
I ciekawe, kiedy dojdzie do nas (pewnie za rok, czyli kiedy mam ochote rozpoczac kuracje retinaldehydem )?
We francuskim opisie produktu , podano, ze szczypie Amerykanki z MUA pisza na forum, ze Diacneal dziala lepiej a Ystheal jest tanszy.

I e-mailed the German Avene CS for ingredient-lists for the new Eluage cream and serum (see this MUA-post for more info:

They've not only sent me the ingredients but also the 'function' (in two convenient graphics). I've translated this from German. If you're interested in the original mail, send me a msg with your e-mail and I'll forward it. They added the following comment, for what it's worth. I mentioned the hyaluronic acid which is in these products (0.05% in the cream and 0.1% in the serum). The CS-agent replied that there's no hyaluronic acid in these products, but 'hyaluronic acid particles': "These are very easily absorbed by the skin and have a moist-binding function".

I've compared the ingredients of the Ystheal and Eluage cream (see productville for Ystheal cream ingreds) and these are very similar. The only significant difference in formulations is that Ystheal has Tocopheryl Glucoside (Pre-Tocopherol) and Eluage has Hyaluronic acid.

The serum has a much lower lipid-percentage, so the retinaldehyde will probably penetrate better. I doubt it will be more effective than the Ystheal Gel and I doubt as well if the 0.1% hyaluronic acid is worth the absurd price-difference. A 15 ml tube of Eluage serum costs 29.50 euro. Ystheal gel (also 15ml tube) can be found online for 11.50...you do the math

I must say (this is only speculating) that the great resemblance of Ystheal and Eluage ingredients makes me wonder if the Eluage productline isn't meant to replace Ystheal (on the long run). The German MUA-er Beige1 posted that Ystheal is still being sold in German pharmacies alongside Eluage, but I doubt if they will continue selling 2 productlines, which are so similar...just guessing from my part though...
