Thank you for the link. I went and had a look. I somewhat followed the conversation (as translated by Google) but I do not speak or write in Polish so it was a little difficult for me.


We know it can be confusing for some when trying out new minerals. Feel free to let everyone know that:


- All sample orders come with free shipping regardless of the destination they are being sent to. Whether you order 3 samples or 30 you will still receive free shipping. We want clients to be able to try out shades for a reasonable cost and offering free shipping on samples is just a great way for us to do that.


- We offer custom mixing of mineral foundations. So if a client finds that they are between shades we can custom mix a shade for them. We are also able to mix formulations as well. Example: 25% Lace Original, 75 Cream Concealing. The "custom mix" option is on the last page of the foundations and is available for both full size and sample size.


- We offer both Foundation and Blush refill kits at a great savings. Both of our refill kits come with free shipping so if you have extra jars this is a fantastic way to save on shipping (shipping to international destinations is usually around $7.00 - $9.00 CDN). The custom mixing applies to the refill kit as well. We are able to make substitutions for the Blush refill kit so if you would like a Finishing Powder instead we can do that for you. Just send us a quick note with your order.


- All our prices are in Canadian dollars. We use PayPal to process payments but you do not need a PayPal account. PayPal offers added security for both us and our clients. We never see your credit card and/or personal information so there is no chance of it falling into the wrong hands.


- We ship every day except Sundays. All orders are usually shipped the next day but most definitely in two days. Shipping is by Canada Post (airmail to all destinations) and is usually quite quick. International clients receive their orders in around 6-10 days.


- Our products are cruelty free and have never been tested on animals. Although our puppy did eat a peppermint lip balm once! Our new synthetic brushes are some of the best brushes you will ever use...easy to clean, fast drying, super soft, they pick up and apply mineral cosmetics fantastic and NO shedding!


- We are always around! If you have any questions please feel free to send us an email and we will get back to you usually within a few hours or so.
