I had sent you an e-mail on October 7th, as we must be able to verify your billing address with your card issuer before we can process your order. The phone number provided by Visa for your card company would not work, so I had e-mailed asking you for the contact phone number for your card issuer. This is usually found on the back of your credit card. Please provide us with this number so that we may verify your address with them and process your order.
