Thank you for notifying us that your order was not received. Being consumers ourselves, we know how frustrating it can be when things like this happen.
What We Believe Happened: We believe that your customs office considers this product to be restricted product or that local custom fees have not been paid. In any case, your customs office is not releasing it for local delivery.
What We Are Going to Do: While our international shipping policy states that iHerb is not liable for packages refused or held by customs for any reason, we will make an exception with your order. Within the next 5 business days, iHerb will refund your order 100% including shipping.
Future Orders: Before placing future orders we request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions. Custom regulations differ by country and not knowing the regulations can result in high import duties or products being detained. We’ve been shipping products internationally since 1996 and our information suggests that your customs office is the issue in this circumstance.
Please note that if future orders are held by your customs office, we will need to adhere to our standard international shipping policy and a refund will not be issued. We hope you understand our position.
