Lain - nieprawda - jeśli rozciągasz je z umiarem i ostrożnie, to spokojnie możesz wrócić z 10mm do stanu wyjściowego, a nawet skurczyć 16mm do np. 2-4mm.
Ja jakiś czas temu miałam tyci tyci - 5mm, wystarczyło, że wyjęłam na 2 dni, a już nie mogłam włożyć tunelu, uszy sie skurczyły
