Hello Everyone

I'm Marta, I'm seventeen and I like learning English in school so I think I will often read that topic on wizaz.pl.

My nick doesn't mean anything, that's only... that' s only nick

Yesterday I decided that I want to live in Connecticut (I don't know if I didn't make a mistake in the name of this state)

so I left my German dictionary in the box and I started to learn more English words

Hi girls!

I've just found out that such thread exsists. Delightful.

I don't really get why everybody here explains the origin of his or her nick, but, as I don't wanna be an outsider, I'm gonna do the same now.

I decided to call myself "Miss Dior Chérie" coz I just love this fragrance from Dior.

It smells sooooooo wonderful! Following this way, I could have chosen "Lolita Lempicka" as well, but you have to admit that all in all Miss Dior Chérie sounds better.

At least that's my humble opinion.

I'm not an english-language-freak, but I'm languages-freak in general.

I don't feel a strong need to improve anything in my english

but I take a good opportunity to talk in this language.
I hope this thread will develope in many ways soon! Having an alternative messageboard which can help you improving your language skills is a really good idea!

mao is of course a name of Chinese leader Mao Tse-tung. And mai in Italian means "never" - my nick says: "Say NEVER to people like Mao!"
